Our Design Team collaborates with our machinists and fabricators daily. This integrated approach results in engineers and designers who are fundamentally familiar with current fabrication and machining processes. Our Design Team members have developed a deep understanding of what is feasible and practical, leading to more efficient and cost-effective designs.
As proud members of the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO), we adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and expertise. We work for a variety of industries including aerospace, nuclear, automotive, petroleum, plastics, wiring, food processing and product packaging.
A full range of in-house computers and software are utilized to quantify your ideas, identify problem areas, and record changes for future reference. Nearly every design is completed using Solidworks 3D CAD and the associated files are cataloged in Solidworks PDM for efficient storage and easy reference. All computer systems are fully integrated from design (CAD), programming (CAM), machining (CNC), and measuring (CMM) to accommodate all your manufacturing needs.
Personal onsite collaboration can be done as required and can be backed up by our installation, millwrighting, or assembly services.
Design & Engineering
